Deposition of Fani Willis delayed in lawyer’s divorce case | Vargas Reports
The district attorney prosecuting Donald Trump for allegedly trying to overturn the election in Georgia will not have to face a deposition in the divorce case of one of her lawyers, at least for now. On Monday, a judge put on hold a subpoena of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who would have faced questions under oath about her relationship with Nathan Wade. One of Trump’s co-defendants accused Wade and Willis of having an affair and has called for the case to be dismissed. NewsNation legal contributor Jesse Weber and trial attorney and legal analyst Mercedes Colwin join “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” to discuss.
