Biden slams Trump’s job record: “He is already Herbert Hoover!”
The United Auto Workers union on Wednesday endorsed President Joe Biden, a long-awaited announcement that is an important pickup for the president. At the Washington, D.C. conference, Biden also condemned former President Trump’s jobs record, calling him only president since Hoover who lost jobs. “He cut taxes for the very wealthy and the biggest corporations. He shipped good paying jobs overseas because labor was cheaper… It hollowed out entire communities, closing factories, I’m not making this up, you know this to be true.”
