Democrat Rep. Doggett on calling to replace Biden: “It was time for me to speak up”

Rep. Lloyd Doggett, a Democrat from Texas, tells Hallie Jackson that his constituents are “10-to-1” in favor of replacing President Biden on the ticket. He says “we need to have the strongest candidate possible in order to ensure the values that we hold for our democracy are not traded for an authoritarian strongman.”
