Election law expert on legal and political questions as states block Trump from ballot
Maine’s top election official ruled that Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s primary ballot, citing his efforts to overturn the 2020 election. The secretary of state said she made her decision after receiving three challenges from voters.
